Some people also mix bee pollen into a tablespoon of honey to improve the flavour of the bee pollen. The bee pollen can also be dissolved in water or a cup of tea.\n\nAvoid use if you are allergic to pollen or other bee products such as honey. Placing a single granule or a small dosage on your tongue can do testing for allergy. If you are allergic you will quite immediately get signs of a runny nose, itching in eyes, nose or throat.\n\nWe recommend that you start with 0,5-1 tsp and then gradually increase up to 0,5-1 tbsp.
