Called bainiku ekisu in Japan, this 50x concentrate is a reduction of 1 kilo of fresh Ume Plums to 20 grams of dark thick paste. The concentrate is 30 times the strength of umeboshi, without the sodium of the pickled Ume Plum. A balancing and bracing gift of the vegetable kingdom.

Sugg. Use

Use enclosed spoon to dissolve 1 gram Plum Concentrate in 1 cup of tea or hot water. Add Eden Shoyu Soy Sauce to taste.
