Place 3 cups of water or stock into a pot on high heat and bring to a boil. Stir in 1 cup of NOW Real Food Wild Rice. Cover with tight-fitting lid and place on low heat for 40-45 minutes. Uncover and let it stand for 5 minutes. Fluff with fork and enjoy!
