Soulful Steeping Break off 1 square portion and place in a 10 oz teapot. Pu•erh should be rinsed before steeping to awaken the sleeping leaves: Pour boiling water to fill the pot halfway, swirl for several seconds and pour out the water. Fill the teapot and place a lid on the top; steep to desired strength, or 2 minutes. Strain into your cup or a serving pitcher and enjoy! Each portion may be steeped 4 times. Recommended steeping times: 1st & 2nd pots: 2 minutes 3rd & 4th pots: 3-4 minutes
