Clearspring Organic White Wine Vinegar is made by our artisan producer with selected organic grapes from the best and most flourishing regions of Italy, which are pressed and then slowly fermented in accordance with a time-honoured tradition. Natural ageing in oak and larch wood barrels adds subtle nuances to its complex and mellow to this classic wine vinegar. It is ideal for vinaigrettes and dressings where a light colour is preferred, as well as in sauces, sweet and sour dishes, pickles and chutneys.
