Sugg. Use

Machine washing ? Add 1/4 cup for traditional washers or 1/8 cup for HE (High Efficiency) washers on a delicate/gentle cycle. Use a mesh on laundry bag to prevent twisting and snagging. Air dry or lay flat to dry. Hand washing? Add 1 Tbsp. to basin of cool/warm water and lightly agitate. Rinse twice, gently squeeze water out and roll in a dry towel to remove excess moisture. Lay flat to dry.
