Each handful of these baby plants (harvested at just 5 days old) is like eating a whole bunch of mature broccoli, with all the concentrated nutrients. Their fresh peppery taste, with a hint of mustard, is perfect for bringing a zingy freshness to salads, sandwiches, and stir-fries. *Please note, as sprouts are living plants, they don't stop growing - even once packed. This means they can develop tiny fuzzy rootlets as the plant searches for water. Sometimes mistaken for mould, in fact, this means your sprouts are alive and healthy. If you give the punnet a shake, they will disappear.
