Sugg. Use

Apply 1/8 teaspoon (10 mg) to 1/4 teaspoon (20 mg) to thin-skinned area such as inner forearms, breastbone, neck, face, ankles. Use morning and night. Each pump provides approximately 20 mg, of bio-identical USP progesterone. Wash hands after application and avoid direct sun exposure to the area until fully absorbed. Menstruating Women: Begin on day 12 of your cycle. (Day 1 is the first day of your menstrual flow.) Continue through day 25, then stop. Repeat monthly. Non-Menstruating Women: Use for 25 consecutive days, then take a 5 day break. Repeat monthly.
